
All clients are required to visit the salon at least 24 hours prior to their appointment for a quick and easy patch test. We only make use of trusted brands for all of our treatments, but no matter how gentle or natural these products have been tested and proven to be, there is no other way of knowing whether our clients might be allergic to certain ingredients used in those products. Should our clients find that they have had a reaction to the test, they could either redeem their booking deposit for an alternative treatment or be refunded.
