7. Prices

All prices shown on the BEUTIVA website include VAT at the current rates, and are adjusted automatically when information is entered into our system. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without any prior notice to you.

8. Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule all appointments. Any appointments cancelled or reschedule with less than 48-hours notice will forfeit their deposit or session from the package.
If a client has a package with us and fails to attend or cancels with less than a 48-hour notice, then the session will be deducted from their package.

9. Booking and Treatment Policy

Deposits are required to book and confirm all treatments.
Package or Course purchases are non-refundable.
Package or Courses will expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
Package or Courses for one treatment cannot be exchanged for another treatment.
No children are allowed in treatment rooms.
Gift Cards can be used against treatments and products. Gift cards cannot be used against course or package purchases.
Only one gift card can be redeemed at any one time.
Clients are required to have a patch test done at least 24 hours before treatments.

10. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed according to laws set out by England and Wales. Any disputes shall be settled by the English courts only.

11. Objectionable links

Should you come across any objectionable links on our website, please contact our support team. We are always happy to consider requests to remove links which may be objectionable, offensive or generally inappropriate. However, we are under no obligation to do so with every request or to respond in this regard directly to you.
