No. When you purchase your multi buy gift cards you have upto one year to use them. This means you can benefit from the multi buy savings but send them individually as and when you would like to.

When you purchase e-gift cards, they are added to your online account. When you want to send them to a recipient, you can simply log into your account and send the gift card electronically.
What happens when I purchase physical gift cards?
When you purchase physical gift cards, they are all shipped to you within 5 business days. You are then free to hand them out to recipients as you wish.
