All luxury treatments are offered through pre-booked appointments only.

Please arrive on the scheduled time for your appointment. You may need to wait a while before the treatment begins.

All our staff members wear the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) during your appointment to keep everyone safe.

We use single-use towels and gowns only per appointment which are discarded after use.

Any guests you may have with you are required to wear a face mask at all times.

If you believe you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please re-schedule your appointment once your symptoms have subsided. Thanks for understanding!

We require Credit Card details for every booking prior to your appointment. If you wish to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice. In case a notice is not given or you do not show up for the appointment, we shall deduct the full payment from your Credit Card.

Protective screens have been placed between all workstations, basins and the main reception area for your health and safety.

We take special care to sanitise our hands before and after each appointment. Upon your arrival and departure, we ask you to do the same.

All workstations, including the tools at each one, are fully sanitised between appointments.

In addition to the treatment charges, there will be a small business charge of £3.60 per visit, just to let you know.

Please come to your appointment alone as we cannot accommodate any friends, family members or children `{`this somewhat clashes with the 5th point about bringing guests`}`

For your safety and in order to comply with current SOPs, we accept Credit Card and contactless payments only. We do not accept cash.
